Estate Chef Paul Tugwell produces an outstanding selection of menu’s which
embrace Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on local seasonal produce, much
of which comes from the Estates own garden’s.
Dining at La Posada
Dinner is a table d’hote served informally, around a large communal dining
table, either in the main dining room or outside on one of our terraces,
weather permitting.
Please note that we do not serve lunch at the Posada.
Picnic lunches can be provided on request and any special dietary requirements
can be catered for with 24 hours notice.
Chef Paul Tugwell creates a delicious daily changing 4 course menu for our
guests, which makes use of the best local ingredients of the season combined
with fusion cuisine from around the globe.
